Rename Composer package to gecka/ident-switch

The roundcube/plugin-installer derives the plugin directory name from
the package name by replacing dashes with underscores. The previous
name gecka/roundcube-ident_switch resulted in plugins/roundcube_ident_switch/.
Renaming to gecka/ident-switch produces the correct plugins/ident_switch/.
